The Yr 5-8 Basketball team are fundraising by selling Pasta Vera products.

Thursday, 30 September was when some of our brave students and staff shaved for a cure. So far we have raised over $3700. There is still time to donate to this worthy cause.

Matt Doocey, MP for Waimakariri visited Oxford Area School last week to talk to senior students about how they could become the next Youth MP for the Waimakariri District.

As you will already be aware, NZQA have made some changes to NCEA for 2021 to lessen the impact of COVID-19 restrictions on students. This has, in turn, impacted the end of year for our Year 11 to 13 students.

Get your students Art work on a Calendar, Card, Diary, Sketch pad or Mouse mat.

Each week teachers nominate the Years 9 and 10 students they feel have demonstrated the school values.

Rural day will be held on Friday October 29th this year (Friday week 2 of term 4).

We are beginning to plan for our Prizegivings next term

Can you please spare up to 5 hours from early on Sunday morning of 12th December? This is a really worthwhile fundraiser (financially) but again, we need parent commitment to make it happen.

We are excited to be able to announce our rescheduled date and new venue.
