Visit this articleFollowing the launch of their new gut focused recipe book, Olivia and Tracey have created a series of workshops to educate and inspire people through their journeys to improved health. We've put this programme together because gut health issues are so commonplace now, and are a real driver of other health conditions such as poor skin, allergies, autoimmune disease, mood disturbances and much more. Tracey is a degree-qualified Naturopath. She is passionate about helping her clients make profound change to their health using a nutritional and natural medicine approach. She has been the principal Naturopath and director of Flourish Naturopathy for 14 years and has walked beside thousands of people in their quest for better health. She also runs the international nutrition programme “Taste Success”, so she has a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to using food as medicine. Nutrition has become a complex minefield for many, and our approach is very practical, and simple to achieve. We are all about giving you the tools and strategies that set you up for health using easy wholefood recipes that you can use for life. Our approach is holistic, so we also discuss things like stress and how it affects digestion, how we eat, and the reasons why certain foods are included in our programmes and their benefits for you. In short, we have a wealth of information to share! Tracey recently teamed up with raw chef and recipe developer Olivia Odey, to help meet the demand for more recipes that have a specific healing purpose. Olivia is also passionate about a food first approach, that is simple and sustainable for everyone. She wants to help people fall in love with creating healthy food, all whilst keeping it fresh, local (where possible) and delicious. The team will bring their passion and knowledge to you in a fun and enjoyable session. You will go away inspired and ready to fuel your body with healing wholefoods.
