Maranui Surf Life Saving Club - open day

Each year we have a significant number of deaths in and around our beaches and water ways and we would love to help reduce these. Maranui is a family orientated surf club where skill development through fun and inclusive activities is our driver. We strive for 100% fun to drive 100% effort. We take youngsters from 5 years old. We teach beach safety, how to enjoy being in the ocean and through a development programme hope to grow life guards of the future. We do not teach swimming and encourage parent involvement in their child's learning.
