Envirokids do it again!

The Chip Packet Project New Zealand are turning trash into cosy treasure! They started recycling old chippie packets into toasty insulated blankets and found that the homeless community in Auckland were very grateful for them. The Envirokids at school washed our collection of 25 large chip packets and then gently welded them together with the iron. We will send this to the project where they will tidy it up and add it to some more bubble wrap and other recycled materials to strengthen it before handing it to needy individuals. Good job Envirokids!
