FoSS 2023 Update

by Te Kura o Kirikiri Tatangi Seatoun School

For those that were not at the prize-giving last year, I spoke on behalf of FoSS, welcoming you all to join us at our meetings once a term or assisting with our fundraising and community initiatives during the year.

Knowing that we are all time poor, we have created a calendar of activities that the group have committed to delivering and invite you to see if you can help with any of these events. You will see that most of the events already have a FoSS person who has volunteered to lead the event and it will be this person who will contact you once you have volunteered your time.

We have agreed to hold start of term sausage sizzles as well as end of term Nice Blocks in each of the four terms. We would really appreciate anyone who could be available for 90 mins on those dates to make contact so we have hands on deck for the smooth running of the events. The kids really look forward to these days!

If you are able to assist with any of these events please click through to the google form and select which events you would like to help with. FoSS Volunteer Form

FOSS will meet once a term for Terms 1-3 and twice in Term 4 to lock in a fundraising calendar for the following year. Our first meeting for 2023 will be a mixer and a meeting on Thursday, 2nd March. We would love for you to attend to have a drink to meet fellow FoSS members at 7pm followed by the meeting at 8-9pm. As a parent or caregiver of a student at Seatoun School you are automatically considered a member of FoSS and are welcome to attend any of our meetings.
