Springston School Strategic Planning

The Strategic Plan is the guiding document that lays the direction and plans for Springston School for the next 3-5 years. This is developed with the community and other stakeholders, to set the goals and determine the priorities for the year ahead.
The Ministry has revamped the Board's requirements for a Charter document and is requesting a Strategic Plans, which outline strategic direction and the annual plan for the 2024 year. This will coincide with the Board elections next year, where the new Board will set new goals for themselves and the school.
Our latest version of the Annual Plan is attached below.
Also published annually is our Analysis of Variance, which reports on the outcomes of the goals set for the year and on Student Achievement.
