Attendance Matters

Research shows that you have a big impact on your child’s attendance.

While your child is at primary school, your input is vitally important. You can help set up good habits that will last for the whole time they are at school.

Please support your child by looking at what else you can do to improve your child’s attendance. Together we can improve attendance.

Innovative Learning Environments

We are really proud of our learning spaces. The design provides open, innovative learning spaces to enhance collaborative teaching and learning both inside and outside.

The article below is a really interesting 3 minute read .... schools such as ours are known as "Innovative Learning Environments".

Our classrooms look very different from those that most parents and staff went to school in. Below is a brilliant short, easy to read summary of the key research to support the shifts in design to these types of classes.

Mark Osborne is a well known educational "guru" and has worked extensively with our team since 2018. Of real note in our school, is our huge focus on the "character and capabilities" (our 5C values - collaborative, creative, curious, community-minded, confident) and the "big 4" design standards for temperature control, ventilation, lighting and acoustics (these are at exceptionally high standards, as part of the advantages of being under the Public Private Partnership schooling model)
