I wish to acknowledge everyone involved in our Polyfest performances last Thursday. Special thanks to Mrs Hunt, Ana, Savannah, Jared, Renee, Ariana, and all the teachers and supporters for working with the 290 students who performed with such pride. It was very emotional watching the performances from afar.

Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori, Māori Language Week

On Thursday students from all years at our kura participated in Dunedin's annual Otago Polyfest.

What a week we have had in Ruma Huia! This term the children have all been busy rehearsing for Polyfest and this week our hard work and effort finally paid off as we performed our songs at the Edgar Centre.

As part of our deeper learning about the Commonwealth Games, Willow has produced this amazing poster about Sophie Pascoe. Kekeno have all been working very hard on their projects, stay tuned for more to follow.
