Our 2018 senior students did exceptionally well in their exams with 96% achieving NCEA Level 1, 100% Level 2 and 94% Level 3.

The Columba Fair is on Saturday 30 March 2019 from 11 am to 2pm and we need your help to make this another fantastic fair!

The Year 4 class enjoyed starting 2019 with a team building activity. The goal was to build the highest tower made with sticks of spaghetti and marshmallows.

Hello everyone, my name is Samantha Lindsey and on the 10 January, I went to the North Island to go on a two-week camp to learn how to fly a plane. There were 42 Ab-Initio students at this camp all ranging from 16-19 years old.

Once again Columba College sent a strong contingent of competitors to Lake Wanaka to compete in the Challenge Wanaka Secondary Schools Triathlon Competition.

I have been lucky enough to receive a scholarship to go on Outward Bound from the Otago Community Trust, of which I am ever so thankful for.

On a very warm Wednesday the Year 3 and 4 classes took part in a 'Have A Go' day organised by Sport Otago.

It was lovely to start the school year with our annual Commencement Service at Knox Presbyterian Church.

Congratulations to three of our students who were placed in Dunedin's Rap Like Robbie poetry competition at the end of 2018. Emma Davis placed third and Caitlin O'Brien and Millie O'Neill received Highly Commended awards.

The bees have arrived!

Columba alumni Mrs Mary Webb was honoured at the capping ceremony at yesterday's International One Day match in Dunedin. Mary was a boarder at Columba from 1949-1952 and played test cricket for New Zealand between 1957 and 1961. Congratulations Mary.
