Subject & Course Expo and Parent/Teacher Interviews

We would like to invite you to our Parent/Teacher Interviews combined with our Subject and Course Expo which will take place on Wednesday the 16th of August. No classes will run on this day but it is expected that students accompany parent/caregivers to the interviews. These will be held around the school in different departments and classrooms. A map will be provided for you on the day.

These following times are when the interviews can be booked:

10.00am - 12.00pm

1.00pm - 3.00pm

3.30pm - 5.00pm

6.00pm - 7:30pm

These interviews are a good opportunity for you to connect with subject teachers and Whanau teachers to discuss the progress of your child so far this year. The reports you will receive later this week will give you an insight to your child's progress to discuss further at the interviews.

Parent/Teacher interviews will be 5 minutes long and are located around different parts of the school. Please allow 5 - 10minutes in between interviews to move to a different location.

An exception to the 5 minute interview is if you are booking an interview with a Homeroom teacher. If this is the case, can you please make two separate bookings in consecutive time slots to give you a 10min interview with this teacher.

If you have any problems, please contact the School Office and we will assist you in making your bookings. Bookings will close on Monday the 14th of August.

On this day we will also be running a number of presentations in the Library to help parent/caregivers understand more about what we offer at Geraldine High School. We would love to see you dropping into these presentations, learning more about our school and asking us questions. These presentations include;
