I would like to congratulate Mrs Fleming and the musicians who were involved in the Waikato Band Festival that was held on August 28th. Their performance was of an extremely high quality and was simply outstanding.

The College's best Science Fair projects were exhibited at the NIWA Bay of Plenty Regional Science Fair in Rotorua.

We are Netta and Sam, your 2015 Academic Captains and we've been working hard behind the scenes to encourage and nurture the academic spirit in and around Katikati College.

Year 10 Camp is from Monday 2 November - Friday 6 November. The cost is $330.00. This will include food, accommodation and activities. This payment is due by 25th September 2015. Students who have not paid in full will not be able to attend the camp.

On Friday the 28th of August twenty three musicians from Katikati College attended the Waikato Band Festival held at Waikato University.

The Seasons programme which has been running successfully in local primary schools is now being offered to Year Seven and Eight students at Katikati College.

We had 54 students sit the International Competitions and Assessments for Schools Science Exam with four of our students gaining Distinction (top 10%)!  Well done to all these students.

Co-Parenting Apart - Ngarongo is recognised as one of NZ top 10 leading family mediators. He will be providing insightful and informative conversations on navigating through Whānau/Family Mediation out-of-court parental child/ren disputes. He will be discussing the 3C’s, communication, co-operation and commitment underpinning a successful or unsuccessful agreement.

Six of our Wrestling Boys recently competed in the New Zealand National Wrestling Championships held in Tauranga QEII Centre coming away with four Gold, one Silver and one Bronze Medal!
