Many years of planning and preparation have gone into the commencement of our Junior Secondary in 2022 for the Year 10 cohort.

Above are our new staff members who joined KingsWay School in Term 2, 2021.

Our community-led tree planting day, where our school community planted 1920 trees, took place on Saturday, 3rd July.

We had a highly motivated and enthusiastic group of student leaders from Years 10-13 who endeavoured to engage all students in the World Vision 40 Hour Famine fundraising effort.

This year, the 1st XI Girls’ Hockey team have done exceptionally well. They have been promoted into the Supercity Competition, which is the top grade in Auckland, playing the top teams.

Isabella Santos, Year 13, shares about how meeting with Karen Panoedjoe (Alumni 2013) from Rocket Lab has inspired her to choose her career pathway.

Congratulations to Ross Summerton (2020 Alumni) who is the winner of the $5000 Jocelyn Gilling Scholarship for the 2020 Academic year (based on internal and external results).

In the first weekend of June, 10 Senior School students, accompanied by Mrs Melanie Van Rooyen (Year 8 teacher) and Andrew Marriott from MotiVate, went on an overnight mission trip to serve at the Otara Samoan AOG Church.
