The Asthma and Respiratory Foundation New Zealand held their 2023 Respiratory Achievers Awards last week and Year 9 student Kayla White was awarded the 'Cody Forbes Award for Courage' for the way she has defied the odds and her doctors’ predictions, by surviving a serious lung condition and living an active, full life on 70% lung capacity.

Fundraising efforts for cyclone relief

Over the past fortnight students have served sausages, ran lunchtime activities, held a casual dress day and made pizzas, all to raise money to help provide resources and aroha to the schools affected by Cyclone Gabrielle. A huge thank you to everyone who supported our fundraising efforts - we raised over $2500 so well done everyone!
