Visit this articleKia ora and welcome back to another year of learning, sisterhood, leadership and fun. For our Year 13 students this is their last, first term ever and unfortunately we started one student down. Kimalyn Smith - a beautiful soul that we know will always be with us and one we will never forget! RIP Kim! We are almost at the end of our journey here at RGHS but there is still lots to do before then. I have been lucky enough to learn alongside these girls from our earlier days in 2017 as Year 9 students, to 2021 as Year 13. Recently we have elected our Prefect Team and run Peer Support Sessions with our Year 9's. Salmond House (Y13 Common Room) loves having the girls back and the girls are looking prouder than ever! Let's make the most of this year!

She was the epitome of the word, 'manaaki' and taught us all about 'aroha.'
