Visit this articleAerobics is lots of fun and really hard work. Last Thursday we went to Hutt Intermediate to compete in the inter-intermediates competition. It was great to go and have a taster for regionals. For aerobics in our pairs/groups we had to choreograph our own aerobics routine using some pre-existing combinations and our own tricks.
