Learn to Row 8 week program from Sunday 20th February Now is a great time to learn to row! If you are aged 11 years or older and would like to give rowing a go, then join us for a FREE TASTER SESSION at 2-4 pm on Sunday 13th February. Email for more information or just turn up with a hat, water bottle, socks and a mask to our clubrooms at 369 Wairoa Road, near Bethlehem. You can also sign up for our Term 1 LEARN TO ROW programme, which kicks off on the 20th February and runs until the 10th April. During this 8-week programme, we'll teach you the basics of rowing including water safety, boat handling and correct rowing form. No experience is necessary but come prepared to have a lot of fun. ICONZ Starts on the 15th February

With the school hall under renovation until April, we will be running an outside program for term one. This also helps with COVID precautions. However, any really bad weather days will mean we will postpone.

Dates for your Diary

1st March – Waitui Reserve – Raft building

8th March – Family day at Mclaren’s falls – You’ll need to build a model raft from rubbish. (More details soon)

Dessert Roster - ICONZ Te Puna will provided dessert for the first week with one of our mums scheduled for next week. Please let me know if you’d like to join our dessert Roster. (The more we have onboard, the less everyone has to do)

DIRT behaviours – At ICONZ Te Puna we celebrate extraordinary behaviours that represent Discipline, Integrity, Respect and Tenacity (DIRT) anything that makes you feel proud – So please let us know of stories that we should tell the other boys about and so your son can win a small prize

SUBS AND REGISTRATION – Term 1 subs are now due (NB we are going back to manual registration as we had in 2020)

Please complete and submit the attached registration form if your son is new to ICONZ Te Puna

Payment of $150 for the year or $40 per term can be made by cash or direct debit.
