Antonie Sceglinskas headed to Tauranga to compete in the NZ National Gymnastics competition in the holidays. She competed on 4 apparatus - Vault, Bar, Floor, Beam. Antonie finished 6th in Vault which is an amazing top 10 finish at the National level and received a pennant for this.

Erica Lucas went to Australia in the holidays to compete in the Coast to Coast International Track and Field Champs held from 11-18th July on the Gold Coast.

During the holidays, Waimate High School had two teams participating in the New Zealand Young Farmers National Competitions in Timaru.

Over the 10 days on the free Girl Boss Edge online programme, "I joined livestreams with famous healthcare professionals such as Jazz Thornton and Dr Hinemoa Elder".
