This year International week was held from 28 June until the 2nd July.

The Year 5-6 Jump Jam team had a nervous wait to hear who had won the 2021 Freshman Jump Jam competition. When 'Columba Crew' was announced as the winners, there was much excited energy, elation and pride.

On Sunday 20th June, 42 student coaches attended a coaching seminar course to help develop the skills of coaches here at Columba.

A good reason to come to school excited on Mondays is that the Year 11s bake a delicious French dessert for the class! I can attest to the fact that they are most impressive as I am one of the official taste testers!

Columba students gained superb results after competing this past weekend at the DNZ National skills testing event.

The Gang Show is a spectacular show in which Otago Scouts and Girl Guides participate. It's a great opportunity to see a show with friends and family during the school holidays!

Columba College 9A and 10A netball teams had an early start on Sunday morning, to make their way to Timaru for the annual Roncalli Netball Tournament. Despite the misty and arctic conditions at the courts to start the day, the tournament offered a timely warm up for the South Island Secondary Schools Junior Netball Champs in July.

Enviroclub leaders give lollies at lunchtime to help educate others on the importance of waste minimisation.

Year 3 are learning to sew as part of their Fibres and Fabrics unit this term. They were helped with their stitching patterns by a wonderful group of Year 10 students.

The Year 0-1 class have been learning to cross-stitch.
