This free public talk will be about...
Normalising the Inner Critic - "that little voice inside our heads that's constantly second-guessing us." Canterbury has been over the past 10 years impacted by multiple large scale traumatic events and with the COVID pandemic still very current, particularly impacting our young people. We have invited Mike down to talk as we have witnessed increasing levels of mental health distress, thoughts around self-harm, and suicide.

Fusion Events - The Rail Trail Rampage

The Rail Trail Rampage has the following events: 24km Mountain Bike, 24km Trail Run, 12km Mountain Bike, and a 12km Trail Run/Walk event. The Mountain Bike events have both a FAMILY TEAM and SOLO option.
