The Year 7/8 Boys football team had great success at Koru Games this year, winning the tournament outright.

The Kauri athletics event will be held next Wednesday(19th) and Thursday(20th) at school. 

Providing our students with a safe learning environment is important to us. In room 17 we have discussed the importance of having our sun hats everyday.

As you know, the Oaklands School Twilight GALA will be held on Friday 2nd December. The GALA will be a recognition of our community and will have loads of fun activities and fundraisers which will directly benefit your child in the classroom.

If you play touch, or will be playing touch soon at a Touch Canterbury affiliated module (e.g. Halswell module), you are able to try out for the under 12 and Under 14 Canterbury touch teams.

Our first Positive Behaviour for Learning focus for Term 4 is on Classroom Values.

With the large number of students unwell it is really important that you let the office know if your child will not be at school.

In Terms 1 and 4, all students must wear a hat when they are outdoors.

The purpose of our complaints policy is to provide clear guidelines for the school community in raising and resolving concerns and complaints.

Please respect our NO GO zones and times and be considerate of other students and their families.
