We have changed how we report to parents.

Sherwood Primary School was honoured to participate in the Northern Bays Arts Festival that was held at the Bruce Mason Theatre in Takapuna on Thursday 13th June.

Friday 21st June, Sherwood hosted the very first Oneroa Kāhui Ako Matariki Festival where 6 schools came together to celebrate the start of the Māori New Year.

We will be holding our parent-teacher meetings in Week 2 of Term 3.

Following our recent election, we now have a new Board of Trustees.

During the first half of the term, Rata students had a lot of fun doing practical science experiments with an ‘Energy’ focus.

Sherwood's Year 6 netball team travels to Netball North Harbour for the 2019 Field Day.

Mrs Nicola Smits, Year 5/6 teacher in Rata S, will be leaving us at the end of the term.

It's that time of year when we have many children unwell.

Monday 24th June, 28 students of our cross country team traveled to Long Bay Regional Park to run in the 2019 Northern Bays Cross Country Cluster.

It's handy for your child to have a clip for their locker.

Mrs Crow is a volunteer for the Saving Hope Foundation, a local dog rescue. Here's an opportunity for you to help them and get rid of unwanted items at the same time.

The Yummy Sticker promotion is almost finished, so we'd like to remind everyone to keep sending in Yummy stickers and bag cut-outs.
