Junior Wheels Day

Visit this articleKia ora e te whānau,
We are nearing the middle of Term 2 already! The year is seemingly flying by.
This term is another full and active one with loads of opportunities and new learning. Have you been staying up to date with Seesaw? There should be regular posts happening there to keep you in the loop of everything that's going on in our awesome classes.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for being such great role models of kindness and patience as you have been safely navigating full car parks and busy roads during the recent bad weather we have been having. Those pick up and drop off times can be chaos out there during rough weather - thank you for prioritising the safety of our students and the community.
It was wonderful seeing so many parents and whānau on site last week celebrating the learning process in the Senior School. We have some talented scientists out there.
As a school we have also recently started working with the Education Review Office (ERO). This review has started very strongly with our review partner noticing our strong, supportive and inclusive school culture. ERO reviews have changed considerably since our last review. Schools now work in partnership with one ERO officer over a period of 3 years, focussing on internal evaluation and ways to increase outcomes for all students. I look forward to sharing more with our community as this process continues.
Thanks again for partnering with us. Your input is valuable! Please don't hesitate to get in touch with me directly or your child's teacher if you would like to discuss anything.
Michael Harrop
Principal
