We are excited to announce that our school has launched our Peer Mediation Programme this week.

This week we've been diving into the world of dominoes in our classrooms.

Each morning in the Pūkeko Hub, we begin our learning programme with a structured literacy and phonics session.

Tūī students have been busy studying the layers of the Earth and understanding the complex elements that make up our planet. So far in this inquiry unit, we have explored landforms, layers, and volcanoes. We are beginning to understand the impact tectonic plates have on our Earth, especially during volcanic eruptions and earthquakes.

This term, the Korimako Hub has been participating in target games as part of our Health and Physical Education unit.

Kōtare tamariki have been busy finding ways to solve multiplication and division problems based around our science topic of the earth's layers, volcanoes, tectonic plates and rocks.

During week 6, Toroa students had a blast participating in the EPRO8 challenge. This year all year 7 and 8 students were given the opportunity to take part.
