After months of hard work across the school to come up with new 'out of the box' ideas for the Dunedin Hospital Rebuild, Wakari children shared their process and final designs with the community and Dunedin Hospital experts.

The musical maestros from the Room 4 and 5 Hub have been having a great time learning the Ukulele with Mrs Gribben!

Wakari School was very fortunate to host the Award winning Lucy Davey notable children's author to school this week.

Last week the Senior Syndicate did some learning around the NZ elections. On Friday we got the chance to have a go at 'voting', just like the real thing!

On Thursday Chris Richards came to show the Senior Hub some Science experiments. We are starting a new topic of Kitchen Chemistry and we can't wait to try some of our own experiments after seeing these reactions!
