Sports Council

The Sports Council has set a date of 29 September for its annual Golf Tournament at the Balmacewen course. This is the Council’s key fundraiser and we encourage you to enter a team and join the fun. This is a fun day out with great prizes, and all funds go to improving all sports at Columba. If you require more information you can contact the school office or email us.

The council awarded sports scholarships to Maia Joseph and McKayler Moore.

The Council is in the process of getting quotes for an interactive fitness hub in the school gym. This would involve a projector and sound system where the girls can select the fitness programme for their desired sport. The funding of this will be from the reserves generated for the proposed turf and should cater for all sports.

The Council is always looking for more members to help grow all sports at Columba; so if you are interested or know someone that is keen, please contact us on the email above. We look forward to your support for the Golf day to gain sponsors and teams for a great day.
