Automatic Payments

A gentle reminder to please stop or adjust automatic payments for Special Character donation to KingsWay School if your child(ren) is leaving at the end of the year. The school cannot to stop these on your behalf.

Refunding

This year there have been a number of trips and sports cancelled due to COVID 19. We have processed all of these and either refunded you already or put them on your child’s Kamar account. If there were fees outstanding the credit was transferred to pay these if no fees were owing, then it has been transferred to their credit balance.

We would prefer to refund these to you before the year ends and not carry them over to next year. Statements will be sent for those students who have credit balances, but you can also login to Kamar and if you find an “unallocated balance” email accounts@kingsway.school.nz with your bank account number so we can process your refund. If you would like to transfer the credit to a school donation, please let us know.

Withdrawal Notice Reminder

If you plan to withdraw your child or children from KingsWay School, please email Marsell Rott, Senior Administrator (Enrolments), CLICK HERE. We ask that you also include the reason for the withdrawal and, if applicable, the name of the school your child/children are transferring to. Please also remember the requirement to provide one term’s notice of your intention to withdraw your child/children or you may be charged one term’s fees in lieu of the required notice. Thank you.

Photo Life Orders

The Photo Life order codes have arrived and they will be sent home with your child. Please note that free delivery is available until 11 December, so please ensure you place your order promptly.

End of Term 4

Last Day of School - Thursday 10 December

Years 1-10 will be finishing school at the NORMAL time on the last day of school on Thursday, 10 December. Buses will run at the usual time.

Staff Only Day - Friday 11 December – Children are NOT to come to school this day.
