A reminder that Breakfast Club is running in the Wellness Centre. Breakfast is open from 8.00 am to 8.30 am. There will be toast and Weetbix available. Students will need to do their dishes and clean up after them.

WELCOME to the new year as Year 13s.

Nau mai, rarau mai! Welcome tamariki, whanau and kaiako, to the start of a new academic year as we return to school as Year 11.

The school year has started well. Again I welcome our returning students and whānau back to the school year for 2023. We have had many new students join our cohort which brings us to a total of 190 students.

Tēnā koutou katoa, Ko Ke’kes te maunga Ko Tisza the awa Ko Magyar te iwi No Hungary (Magyarorsza’g) ahau Ko Attila Kiss toku ingoa.

This year the incoming Year 9 students could consider themselves special, as after a two year break, their year started with a Noho Marae in Maketu.

This cultural group performed at the Opening of the Sir Howard Morrison Centre. The group were outstanding and represented Rautāwhiri with much pride and excitement.

Rotorua Girls' and Boys' High are delighted to announce Harvard's beloved blonde as she arrives on our stage by pink storm in this fun, upbeat story of self-discovery.

The Bay of Plenty's first hostel for girls. The afternoon then saw 31 students and their whānau welcomed into the building.

We are so looking forward to a wonderfully Arts-filled year. We have a packed calendar and many opportunities for our young artists to shine. See our year outline below.

School has started and our girls have been very active both during the holidays and in the first three weeks of Kura.

Welcome to all our ākonga/students for another school year. Physical Education has an exciting programme operating from the Junior to the Senior school especially during Term 1 which tends to be when we do lots of education outside the classroom utilising the fine summer weather……….(let’s keep our fingers crossed that we get some fine summer weather). Notices with more information will come out in the next couple of weeks.

On Friday 10 February our rugby students had the opportunity to participate in the State of Mind programme with ex Kiwi and Kiwi Ferns Rugby League stars Clinton Toopi and Charlotte Scanlan.
