St Margaret’s College’s Paterson Lodge, within Arthur’s Pass National Park, has been used and enjoyed by many past students and is the perfect location to enjoy some of New Zealand’s most spectacular landscapes.

Rebound was an extravaganza showcasing the exceptionally talented dancers that we have at SMC! The audience was treated to a vast array of dance styles and student created choreography which touched on the themes of mental health, friendship and inclusivity, nature and the movement of the sea.

The last few days have definitely felt like Spring is in the air. It has been lovely having a taste of what is to come. However, as often happens the first day of Spring has reverted back to a wicked chilly winter blast, just in time for tournament week.

The St Margaret's College Old Girls' Association offers descendants of Old Girls one Senior School Fee Assistance Scholarship.

Our 24-hour Annual Appeal Day is underway and as we press send, over $68k has already been raised for the SMC Foundation Bursary Fund.

Introduction to Rowing begins this Sunday 6 September. Come and have a go – open to students in Years 9 to 12.

Save the Date! The SMC Foundation Art Exhibition & Sculpture Garden at St Margaret’s College has been rescheduled and will now be held over the weekend of 7 and 8 November, with a special 110 Anniversary Opening Night on Friday 6 November.

The Cafe is still under Level 2 restrictions. There are separate 'in' and 'out' doors. Everyone coming into the dining room must sanitise their hands and there is a limit of four to a table. Hot food is served separately and there are a separate boarder's and daygirl's lines for morning tea and lunch. Thanks for your understanding.
