Who knew you could extract DNA from a strawberry? Well we do now!

Day 3 was all about the 3 ups - 'tidy up', 'pack up' and 'clean up', but there was still some time for activities and new challenges.

After an exciting night in our tents we were ready to tackle the challenges of day 2, which included our tramp and a whole bunch of activities back at camp.

After weeks of anticipation and excitement, the day finally arrived - we were off on camp!!

A focus at Tahuna is to develop our knowledge and use of te reo in the school, at home and in the wider community. Every week there are a range of activities to support this.

Through technology the word is becoming a smaller place, it is vitally important we all develop skills to communicate and collaborate in our globalised world.
