The Senior Hub have been doing lots of writing.

This term we have been emerged in our topic all about the ocean. We have been writing stories, researching the ocean layers, creating artwork and learning all about the animals thousands of metres down! Check out some of our learning so far.

Our topic in the Senior Hub this term is Structures. We have been busy creating building perspective art.

The enthusiastic learners in the Junior Syndicate have been learning about placenames in Aotearoa, New Zealand, and the meanings behind these placenames.

Our big book, My Home, we use at shared reading time, inspired us to write about our home.

This term the Hub is gaining inspiration for writing through their past, their present and their future.

The children in the Room 12 and 13 Hub have been getting outside into the fresh air and sunshine participating in a variety of outdoor activities.

Hub 1,2,3 have been coding. First we learnt some coding language and did some un-plugged coding challenges. We found out that sometimes we need to debug our programme to make it work.
