Over the last 12 years the Christchurch City Council has successfully funded a dance in schools programme and Wharenui School has been part of this for 11 years.

Our fantastic Mana Ake team are offering the Tuning into Kids programme for parents. It is a six-session programme for parents/caregivers of children aged 4-12 years. Please see the attached flyer below of how to sign up.

Mana Ake provides support to children in Canterbury, in years 1-8 at school, promoting wellbeing and positive mental health. Mana Ake can support children at school and at home and provide advice and guidance for parents/whānau.
