KingsWay Community Worship Night
    by KingsWay School

On Thursday, 9 June, KingsWay held its annual Community Worship evening. After what has been a crazy couple of years with Covid-19, what better way to bring the community together than through a night of connection, fellowship, prayer and worship! The night was a huge success, with over 250 people in attendance. It also was great to see students from Primary, Middle and Senior schools bring their friends and families along. The night consisted of praise and worship led by the Equippers Worship band, followed by an encouraging message from youth pastor, Saffron Hita. She spoke about God always being near to us and how doing life with Him is the best possible way to do life. It was uplifting to be reminded that although we may experience highs and lows in our faith, God is with us through it all.

Having our very own Senior School Worship Band lead an item during the evening was also fantastic. A huge thank you to everyone involved; from the tech team who set up the night before, to the Arts Council and alumni who got involved, to all the teachers and everyone else – thank you! We cannot wait for the next Community Worship evening.
