Autumn Art

The trees are looking very bare around Wakari School. The children in Hub 1,2,3 are often found at playtime and lunch time picking up the fallen leaves and discussing their colour, shape and how they feel. We decided to use this experience the children enjoy and paint the empty looking trees.

A Busy Term in the Room 12 and 13 Hub.

We have had such an exciting and busy time in our Hub this term. It was such fun starting the term getting to know each other. The children picked up the the class routines very quickly, and by exploring the classroom and resources in our first week they settled into their new environment. We even created class treaties, laying out the expectations of the Hub.
