Ruahine Feilding Kindergarten offers a natural, well-resourced and calming environment where children’s strengths and interests are recognised and extended, and all cultures and abilities are celebrated.

We embrace the Enviroschools kaupapa, and tamariki learn and develop independence and self-management skills through fun, social interaction with their peers, connecting with nature and engaging in activities that nurture risk and resilience.

Through regular excursions and Kind Hearts mahi, tamariki develop an understanding that unconditional kindness empowers individuals to strengthen their communities.

Ruahine Feilding Kindergarten is open Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 2.30pm, and closed over the Christmas and New Year break, as well as 13th January, 30th May, 7th – 10th July and 24th October when teachers are engaged in professional development.
