Cloverlea Kindergarten
At Ruahine Cloverlea Kindergarten children are at the heart of our learning community. With a sense of fun and nurturing, we foster the development of strong learning dispositions which encourages lifelong learning.
We value our bicultural heritage and through our practice of Tikanga and Te Reo Māori we embrace and acknowledge Te Tiriti o Waitangi. We celebrate diversity which we believe enriches and contributes to learning.
Through communication we build respectful reciprocal relationships with whānau/families and our wider community. This includes our local schools and participating in the bike track programme.
Ruahine Cloverlea Kindergarten is open Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 2.30pm, and closed over the Christmas and New Year break, as well as 13th January, 30th May, 7th – 10th July and 24th October when teachers are engaged in professional development.
Please contact our Head Teacher Kaylah to arrange a visit – contact details below.
We look forward to welcoming you and your whānau into our community.

What Our Whānau Say
"My daughter loves kindy, it is the only place she has large group social interactions. The variety of play and chances for language development is invaluable."
"As a stay-at-home mum it is a chance for my child to venture out ‘on his own’ away from me, gain some independence, experience new things, meet new people, learn lots through play!"
"The children have learned a lot. Very impressed with all the hard work the teachers do, my children love kindy and all the teachers."
"Great teachers, safe environment and lots of different opportunities."
