If you live in our school zone and you would like your child to attend Cotswold Mātāhae School, please complete our online Enrolment Form. 

For planning purposes we prefer enrolment forms to be submitted at least 12 months prior to your child starting school.

If you live outside our school zone and would like your child to be included in any future ballot, please complete our Ballot Notification Form

Siblings of current students who are not living within our school zone will need to apply via the out of zone ballot.   Remember to do this well in advance of them starting school and remember to select the priority criteria (sibling of current student) to for your application to be considered in the priority ballot.
