Creating a Christian Community of Learning in the Primary School

At KingsWay, our mission isn't just some fancy words on paper; it's the heartbeat of everything we do. Whether you’ve been part of this journey for years or are new to KingsWay, I am grateful for the invaluable treasure we hold in our Christian community. It is a privilege to see the impact this has on the lives of our students and families.

Throughout this term, we have had the opportunity to see our Christian community come alive in various events such as our gala, class trips, assemblies, parent-teacher conferences and family fun night. These gatherings foster a sense of belonging and provide occasions for joy and celebration as we come together in fellowship.

Building meaningful relationships with fellow parents and your child's teacher is important. Together, we form a collaborative network dedicated to the holistic development of each student. In our community, everyone has a vital role to play, and each contribution is valued and appreciated. Our recent gala underscored the value of this partnership. I am deeply grateful for how our community, through tireless efforts and unwavering support, came together to raise funds that will further enhance our students' educational journey. Guided by the principles of stewardship and generosity, we recognise our responsibility to use our  resources wisely for the betterment of others, reflecting the servant leadership exemplified by Jesus Christ.

It is essential to acknowledge that the Christian community isn't without its challenges or flaws. We are imperfect people striving to live out our faith authentically. However, amid our imperfections, I know we are each committed to supporting and discipling our students, showing them the boundless love of Christ and empowering them to love others in return.

Thank you for your steadfast support and encouragement, which are extended to one another as brothers and sisters in Christ. This strong foundation of Christian fellowship undoubtedly contributes to the success and flourishing of your precious children. Beyond academics, we are committed to nurturing their spiritual and emotional well-being and continue to work at cultivating an environment where faith is integrated seamlessly into the fabric of each and every day.

I pray that we will continue to cherish and nurture our Christian community here at KingsWay Primary and continue to be and grow as a beacon of light that draws others closer to Christ.

Blessings,
