“Pua cast his line from the dinghy and it snagged straight away. Uncle tried to help him reel it in but it wouldn’t budge. Suddenly the skies turned grey, the sea got choppy, and a giant pirate ship bubbled up from the depths of the ocean, dwarfing Uncle’s dinghy.”

Block run
Today Room 5 had the chance to have a go at our Tahuna block run. The sun was shining and it was warm outside, but I was very impressed with the attitudes and perseverance the students showed during this. This year we will work on our fitness and running, so students can be ready to go for the timed run to see if they can receive a badge or beat their time from the run before. As long as the students are giving it 100% and improving each time ,that is a success!
