Visit this articleOn Monday morning 22nd July we held a Powhiri to welcome our staff, new students and parents/whanau to Three Kings School. Special mention to our Year 6 students Taye Thomson who presented the karakia (prayer) and Giana Taylor who presented the kaikaranga (calling in the manuhiri/visitors). The Powhiri is a central part of Maori protocol welcoming our new families and it is a positive way to begin the new term after a well deserved holiday.
